We offer shipping insurance as a hassle free way to protect your order in the rare event that it becomes lost or stolen during the delivery.

By adding shipping insurance to your order, you'll have peace of mind that if your package doesn't arrive, we will immediately send a replacement to you - without you having to wait for an investigation with Auspost, USPS or other shipping couriers.


What happens if my parcel is lost or stolen?

  • You will alert us that your order hasn't arrived, or is marked as delivered yet you can't find it anywhere
  • If you have shipping insurance, we will replace your order and send it again to your preferred address
  • If the original order shows up eventually, we'll arrange for it be delivered back to us.

T&Cs 

  • Shipping insurance is valid for your entire order
  • If an order is lost or stolen, we do not issue refunds. We will replace your order with the item(s) in the size you originally purchased.
  • If an item becomes unavailable, you can choose a like-for-like replacement item of the same value.
  • Shipping insurance is valid for one further delivery attempt.
  • Shipping insurance must be purchased at the time of the order.
