How do I cancel my order?Updated a month ago

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel an order. Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Timing is Key
    Orders can only be canceled if you contact our support team before the order has been fulfilled. If your order has already been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible, and you will need to follow our standard returns process.

  2. Refunds for Canceled Orders
    If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will issue a refund. Please note that payment method fees—such as those charged by Afterpay, which can be up to 6% of the total order amount—will be deducted from your refund. These fees are retained by your payment provider and are not refunded to us. We will inform you of the exact fee at the time of cancellation.
