How do I return my item?Updated a month ago
How to start the return process:
Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of fulfilment.
- Read our returns policy here before starting.
- Click 'Start Return' on this page.
- Enter your order number and phone number/email address you used to order.
- Select the items you want to return. If an item is not eligible for return it will be greyed out, with a "Not eligible" red tag.
- Select how you'd like to proceed; exchange, store credit or refund (full price items only).
- Once your return is confirmed, you will receive a shipping label via email to send the item back (AU customers only - US/UK/NZ/ROW customers, you will arrange your own return shipping to the address provided).
All returns must be submitted in our returns portal before being sent back to us.
