We hope you love your purchase, but if it's not love at first sight, here's how we can help

Return policy:

Eligibility 

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of fulfilment.
  • Full price items are eligible for size exchange, store credit or refund.
  • Items purchased using a welcome or any other discount code are eligible for store credit or size exchange only.
  • Sale items (not marked final sale) are eligible for store credit or size exchange only.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" can not be returned.
  • Where an item is included as a "Gift with Purchase" promotion and item(s) from an order are returned, the gift must also be returned. In the case that it is not returned or the gift is marked as final sale for hygiene purposes (e.g. Chub Rub Shorts), the RRP of the gifted item will be deducted from the refund/store credit amount.

Condition

  • Items must be returned in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags attached to be accepted.
  • Items must not have any dirty marks, make-up or fake tan marks.
  • Items must not have any trace of smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder.

Timing

  • Return requests are usually processed within 1-2 business days and you will be notified by email of the outcome. During busy times this may take longer.
  • The return shipping label / return address is only provided after your return request has been approved. 
  • Customers must send the return item(s) within 3 days of receiving return request approval and/or shipping label. Items not sent within this timeframe will be eligible for store credit only.
  • Return requests and shipping labels are cancelled after 14 days if the item(s) have not been sent.
  • We aim to process returns within 7 business days of the item(s) being received (During busy periods this may be longer).

Outcome

  • Once the item has been processed and approved, your store credit/refund will be issued . Store credit is available for immediate use.
  • Cash refunds (return fees apply - see below) are processed immediately but it can take up to 10 business days to show in your account/original payment method (depending on the payment method used).
  • Please only contact us about processing your return if it has been at least 14 business days since your received the "Return shipment received!" email.
  • Original shipping costs will not be included in the store credit or refund amount.
  • Items that do not meet the requirements above will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.

*Please note that during sale periods, such as Black Friday and EOFY, all returns are for store credit or size exchange only.

Why do you not offer refunds on discount codes?

I damaged my item when wearing or washing it, what do I do?




Important note

Dani Marie can only accept returns on items that are in their absolute original condition. Dani Marie has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions.

If you send back an item and it does not meet the above standards we will not be able to process your return and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to have the item sent back to you.  In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return once the shipping invoice has been paid. Please ensure you aren't sending back dirty/worn items or items with any trace of perfume or other odours to avoid dealing with the above. We want to process your returns for you :)




Australian Customers:

Returns for refunds are subject to a AUD $15 return fee which will be deducted from your return outcome. 

Returns for store credit or size exchange are free.

Auspost can not print the return shipping label on your behalf. We do not reimburse you for any shipping costs that you incur getting the item back to us. The full return fee is still charged if you do not use the shipping label provided.




North American Customers:

Returns for refunds are subject to a USD $6 return fee which will be deducted from your return outcome. 

Returns for store credit or size exchange are free.

Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping. You will be provided with an AU returns address.




UK Customers:

Returns for refunds are subject to a GBP £5 return fee which will be deducted from your return outcome.

Returns for store credit or size exchange are free.

Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping. You will be provided with an AU returns address.




New Zealand Customers:

Returns for refunds are subject to a NZD $6 return fee which will be deducted from your return outcome.

Returns for store credit or size exchange are free.

Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping. You will be provided with an AU returns address.




Rest of World Customers:

Returns for refunds are subject to a AUD $15 return fee which will be deducted from your return outcome.

Returns for store credit or size exchange are free.

Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping. You will be provided with an AU returns address.




The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items in any condition other than its original condition.
  • Items that have been worn.
  • Items without their original tags. 
  • Items that smell of perfume, or odours of any kind.
  • Items which have been stained or marked eg. make up, fake tan or deodorant.
  • Items marked ‘final sale’ or in 'online warehouse sales'.


How to start the return process:

Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of fulfilment.

  • Read our returns policy above.
  • Click 'Start Return' on this page.
  • Enter your order number and phone number/email address you used to order.
  • Select the items you want to return. If an item is not eligible for return it will be greyed out, with a "Not eligible" red tag.
  • Select how you'd like to proceed; exchange, store credit or refund (full price items only).
  • Once your return is confirmed, you will receive a shipping label via email to send the item back (AU customers only - US/UK/NZ/ROW customers, you will arrange your own return shipping to the address provided).
  • The return shipping label / return address is only provided after your return request has been manually approved. 

All returns must be submitted in our returns portal before being sent back to us.
